This set of materials now includes savings ideas based on the resource map data and collected from a variety of stakeholders including those of you who commented on Mindmixer (as of Tuesday, Oct. 8).

We will need to find dollars in our budget to shift to our instructional priorities. Which of the ideas here do you think are most promising? Which ideas would you take off the list and why? As you continue to look at the data that led to these ideas, do any of the findings surprise you? What ideas do you have to add to this list?

Please continue to generate ideas and thoughts about how Lake County Schools uses its resources. On Oct. 24, additional resource analysis will be be posted as well as a refined list of ideas based on deeper analysis of the data and issues.
